We would like to inform all holders of valid "GIFT CERTIFICATES", that it is best not to order at the last minute. The period validity is written on the voucher. This date is the deaeline for pick-up massage, not for ordering. 

THE METHOD OF ORDERING

Always present CERTIFICATE NUMBER, TYPE OF MASSAGE, YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.

Present Gift Certificate immediately upon arrival at the reception.

Gift Certificates can not be extended free of charge.

6 months validity is enough time to pick up the voucher.

For an extension of 3 months there will be a  charge of 30% of the total value of the Certificate.

If the client does not come for massage the Gift Certificate is no longer valid.

If the client comes late, the massage will be shortened.

Cancelation must be done at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the Gift Certificate fails without the possibility of extention.

The reason for these measures is frequent interference terms at the last minute.

Dates are no possible to fill.
